Each day should consist of a routine that is all about proper hygiene and health. One of the big parts of this routine should focus on your skin care. Why anyone would not take care of their skin is a mystery, but if the only problem is the lack of knowledge they should read the advice given here.

When washing or exfoliating your skin, be careful not to be too harsh. If you rub your skin too hard or use an overly harsh exfoliant, you can cause damage to the skin cells.
